Extremely frustrating customer service. Every time I need a recurring medical accommodation form completed, I submit it through the portal and end up having to call multiple times over the following two weeks just to get it done. The doctor already knows my situation and the form is essentially the same every time, yet there is consistently no follow-through unless I repeatedly chase the office. Patients shouldn’t have to beg for basic paperwork related to their ongoing care. Very disappointing and lack of care.
I love Alexis! She is always on time with her appointments. She takes time with you and you don’t feel rushed. She has a great personality and is very sweet. I totally recommend her!

Alexis is the most caring, professional and down to earth physician I have ever had. Unfortunately, I’ve seen my fair share of providers, but finding Alexis was a miracle. She has gone above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of on more than one occasion, with no questions asked. The rest of the staff is incredible as well.. Lindsay is such a sweetheart, Kendra is a doll, and Alexis’ M.A Keisha is just fabulous. Thank you guys so much for all you do to help me out. You all feel like family.
