I disagree with the earlier review. We found Dr Manchio to be excellent. We went into emergency because my dad had extremely high blood pressure, dizziness, and sore throat. EKG and blood work were done. When the doctor came in, she had reviewed the results and then asked some very good questions, did some motor skill tests, and then requested MRI and CAT scan. All tests came back very positively, administered a BP reducing drug into the IV, monitored over the next hour and the drug worked and gave a liquid steroid to addres... read more

If I could give her no stars I would. Horrible bedside manner, not helpful at all. I went to the ER with a serious medical condition and was told to go home and monitor myself despite the advice nurse telling me to go to the hospital. She refused to listen to anything I had to say when I asked to speak to someone else and have a different Dr. I was told she was the ONLY Dr. At the whole west side Kaiser medical center? Yeah not likely. She needs to go back to school and learn some compassion.
