I called here to book a room and the guy who answered the call was extremely impatient and rude. I didn’t understand it at all! He doesn’t know me nor has he ever spoken to me, I booked online and called to try to confirm and he was on the phone for less than a minute. Just rushing me and sounding so annoyed by me even calling, this was really upsetting and uncalled for. There are kind people around please let’s try to be kind. Upon arrival I already had a sketchy feeling there were people hanging out outside of the hotel lobby doors. The lady working the counter was very nice, I booked 2 rooms one of the rooms smelled wet and old upon entrance, the lady at the front desk switched rooms with no incident. The sheets on the bed in the new room felt wet like they were not fully dried before putting them on the bed.
