I'm actually very shocked to see so many one star reviews.The property is kept up pretty well as opposed to any apartments I've rented . And I think anywhere you go u will have an obnoxious neighbor or two . Here I only have one so not bad
Poorly ran and dangerous community, live here if you want to be bothered by obnoxious neighbors and incompetent HOA board that can’t figure out how to properly manage a budget. Seems like the community is always out of money because everything is broken and run down yet HOA fee climbs steadily…. Never seen a more poorly managed community in my entire life. People frequently try to break into cars and steal packages off porches. HOA only cares about their own interests $.
Worst HOA EVER AND THEY KNOW IT, I’ve been requesting for the sauna to be repaired since nov 5th 2023, it’s February 13th 2024 and it’s still not repaired. The maintenance manager keeps telling me “next week next week” and then told me about a month ago the parts were on the way and would be there by next week, called today and he told me the company went out of business *after they shipped the parts* Purely a joke of an association.
DO NOT LIVE HERE. Alexis Heights Management company doesn’t respond and isn’t ever accessible really. They didn’t even show up to our appointment time on move in day so immediate red flag. You’re pretty much on your own when things go wrong which seems to be pretty often. My car parts have been stolen twice even thought it’s a gated community.
