Everything was going good until this year. She has been very dismissive and forgets I'm a human being doing the best I can.
I’m disappointed with how my experience with Dr. DaSilva has changed over time. Initially, she was supportive and understanding, but that has not been my recent experience. My feelings are being dismissed and my thoughts are often met with criticism. At times, it feels as though she forgets I’m human and this lack of compassion has made it difficult for me to feel comfortable and heard. I hope she can return to the more empathetic approach she showed earlier, otherwise I will be seeing a new doctor.

Everyone at this office is caring and efficient. Dr. DaSilva is caring with a lovely bedside manner She is definitely helping my diabetes.
Dr. DaSilva lacks compassion. As a diabetic she makes me feel like I can't eat ANYTHING. I've seen the dietician several times that's just not the case. She goes against my feelings and forgets I'm human. She wasn't like this in the beginning.
