I had laser treatment for my face. Dr Perkins thoroughly explained the process of what she was doing. She took the time to answer any questions I had.
Dr. Perkins was well versed on why I was there and gave a thorough skin exam and answered all of my questions. She gave great suggestions on plans for my skin care for the future as I have lots of keratosis , especially on my face. She was very knowledgeable and I will continue to see her for my skin care.
Dr. Perkins has a very professional and relaxed style, and explains her treatment steps thoroughly. In between appointments, it is very easy to send in a picture of a potential skin problem and get an answer shortly after. Both Dr. Perkins in particular and Concord Dermatology in general promote a very friendly and educational treatment environment.
Dr. Perkins is extremely knowledgeable, and I have complete faith in her diagnoses and treatment decisions. In addition to her technical skills, she is very personable, communicative and very clearly explains her thinking. I never feel rushed and find her open to questions and very thorough in answering them. I highly recommend Dr. Perkins.
Dr. Perkins listened to me and heard my concern about skin cancer. She noted my previous mole removals and photographed freckles that might change. She removed a bothersome mole on my face, giving me the option of laser surgery or nitrogen freezing based on cost. Previous dermatologists have not been willing to freeze off the mole as part of their treatment. Happy to have it gone.
Very knowledgeable, clear decision making, patient with all my questions, never felt rushed, excellent outcomes from all procedures.
