Viví aquí durante 1 año es un lugar muy bonito, tranquilo, y se siente mucha paz, en el puente puedes ir y ver las pequeñas tortugas y pequeños pececillos y ir a la piscina durante el verano, y pasar un buen momento con tu familia. Hice muchos recuerdos y momentos inolvidables con mi familia, y bueno todo el personal desde las muchachas de la oficina hasta los muchachos de mantenimiento son muy amistos@s y amables!! lamentablemente tuve que mudarme a un lugar más cerca del trabajo, pero espero volver pronto. 🥰

I lived here one year and this has been a great experience. Maintenance team response fast. Jose the lead maintenance is very friendly and keeps property clean. Office manager Dilma is very welcoming and attentive. I am only moving out because I bought a house. I recommend living at Anthem Town East.
I was very hesitant to move back to the Mesquite area because it has become trash over the past several years. The Anthem Town East has provided me with peace of mind knowing it’s safe and secure within the gated community making the transition so much easier and comforting. The offices ladies are absolutely dolls, they have always greeting me with a smile and a warm welcome, eager to be of assistance. The apartments are very well kept and clean, plus it’s a quiet community which is a plus. I’d highly recommend!
I cannot wait until I move out of here..smh the worst place I have ever lived! Kids sit on the stairs making noise..throw trash all over the property. And the rent is 2 grand here..I should have followed my first mind about moving. Management does not hardly address the littering and loud noise of kids. Some of the females that live here walk around with private parts hanging out and just looking a mess..no kind of respect for the neighborhood and people that live here.
