Horrible Plumbing do not rent here. Last week of renting here had a literal SEWAGE BACKUP, where RAW SEWAGE WATER went into my apartment, causing the sewage to spread into my whole apartment except for the other room and restroom. This made me apartment smell like human fecal matter for days, the emergency maintenance guy was trying to stop the sewage from coming up through my toilet which took him almost an hour. After that they vacuumed my apartment then treated the floor for human feces and left loud fans running all day ... read more
I just want to say I have been living with Alexis Apartments since October, 2022. I wouldn't have it any other way, I have been very happy with how professional the staff are, and their flexibility when I needed to support family. The maintenance staff are also very fast and kind, thank you so much! I appreciate being a tenant here.
Don’t be fooled, the pictures are great but once you get inside the apartment it was cheaply done, everything is falling apart even with being very clean and gentle with everything. They jacked up the rent after the new owners took over just to have a worse experience, we also asked how much they were estimating the rent to go up by to see if we should resign or not. They lied about how much it was going up by and it was too late we didn’t have time to find a new place so we were stuck here. We have had a horrible experience... read more
