Beware of the Vets, like Alexis, that advertise Free first visit and good prices on Vaccinations. Nearly $1000.00 was my charge for finding out my dog had a knee cartilage issue and they didn't have casts for it. Told me to go online to purchase one - yea that works for getting the exact size needed. I would never have gone here if I'd realized that money was what they care most about and not your animal or your expense.
Regretfully, after 20 years, I can no longer bring my dog to Alexis Animal Clinic. The Clinic is now lead by Dr. Kathy Crouch (TX License #7931) and Dr. Jason Anderson (FL License #VM14130, TX License #7489). Dr. Crouch lied about my dog's care (this is evidenced), overcharged for services (other patients have attested to this), and created an awkward and traumatizing experience for my mother and me during our consultation when she began yelling at us. FYI. ALEXIS ANIMAL CLINIC WILL QUOTE ONE PRICE BY TEXT, CHARGE YOU A HIGHER PRICE AND THEN NOT REFUND YOU AFTER KNOWING THEY QUOTED YOU A WRONG PRICE. #BADBUSINESS
