I chose this salon because of the positive reviews. My first phone interaction with the owner was good however everything went downhill when I showed up with my daughter for the appointment. I advised Alexis on the phone that I wanted box braids that were the size of a pencil and she quoted me a price. When we arrived for the appointment Alexis was not there.
