This was my fifth time at the Lodge at Sherbrooke Village. I Am obese. They admitted me on Thursday to receive my final 6 days (12 doses) of IV antibiotics. When I got there a little after noon, they had assigned me to a very small room. I’m. Claustrophobic, and couldn’t even enter the room. About8x8. They said I could have a bariatric room as soon as that patient left and the room cleaned. So I waited in the dining area until after three and asked for my room. Horrible place. staff shortage. staff is vindictive. staff is not trained. watch your pills for over charges and not being dispensed correctly. food sucks. They do not have a diabetic menu and if they did staff could not administrate it. Doctor is not compatant but knows how to work the insurance company.Stay far away from this place

Mom was admitted yesterday for rehab. After yelling for help for over an hour during the night, she tried to walk and fell injuring her back again. Of course now they want to do anything possible to appease us. NO WAY! Moving to a new rehab center. I wouldn't let these people take care of a goldfish.
