Was having a crisis. My family member was so concerned he called the office wanting to speak with the provider. No call back-the office didn’t even follow up with me to ask if it was ok to speak with him or to even find out how I was doing. The doctors or NP’s don’t call you back. They will tell you either to go in to a hospital for an evaluation or make an appointment. Very neglectful. Look somewhere else.
