Back in 2006 I got help thru The Alexian Brothers Center for Mental Health. Currently I am having a problems with Depression, Anxiety & A Big Problem with Forgetfulness. I have attended the Behavior Health Center at Elmhurst Hospital for Three months. I am currently not working and Do not have enough funds to continue seeking help.
