Dr. Rob Truong is an amazing dentist! I’ve been seeing him for past 10 years! I was his patient at his previous San Jose office, then I followed him to his new Milpitas office (500 East Calaveras Suite 341). His San Jose office wasn’t bad, but I do like his Milpitas office better. I am very scared of needles for during cavities fillings, but Dr Rob makes it super painless! Thank goodness. Doctor Robert Truong has been my dentist for many years. He is a genuine and responsible person. I can’t thank him enoug for the services he has rendered all thease years. I can’ thank him enough for his ethics and honesty. In addition, he has given me valuable advice regarding some other health issues like insomnia and migraine headache that changed my life. Dr. Troung was my dentist for a few years, unfortunately his pracice is only open on fridays and saturdays. His receptionist can't keep appointments and does not know how to communicate with clients. If she could learn to properly call and cancel an appoinment when the office is going to be closed I would still be a client. I was given a hard time in January because I couldn't make it to an appointment that had previously been cancelled for yesterday's supposed appointment. This place is so awesome been coming here for 8 years and have never had a problem. Dr. Rob is very is very good and never hurt.
