Disappointing experience with Dr. DeCastro at MUSC during a critical time for my mother. He was non responsive to our pleas for medication modification for 6 days while she needlessly suffered. Staff said they weren’t sure why he wasn’t responding, and offered his next appointment…6 months in the future.
