Just had new floors installed throughout my condo and the service and workmanship was excellent. A cupboard floor was missed and Arsim had someone there within the hour to finish up. The workers were extremely professional and polite. I highly recommend working with Arsim and his flooring crew.
I am extremely happy with the service, from the knowledgeable sale by Ryan McManus, to the exceptional installation of vinyl flooring by Shameem and his team. They are courteous and skilled. The result is stunning.
Came in from out of town and Justin and Arsim (hope I spelled that right) were very kind to me. Although I never purchased anything I would definitely go in to do business with them.
I would like to commend Alexanian’s for their excellent selection, competitive prices and knowledgeable, polite and friendly customer service. I was greeted by Arsim who assisted me. As my carpet size had to be ordered, I was able to take a smaller size home to confirm my selection. This was very helpful. When I ordered the correct size, he personally delivered and installed it. I have never had anything but positive results from Alexanian’s in my past purchases. Thank you!
