From start to finish, 5 star all the way. Arsim was professional, friendly, and so helpful in guiding us to decide on carpet and flooring we love. They worked with us on timing while we waited for some repairs to get done before installing. The installers were TOP NOTCH. Could not have asked for better. Amazing job. Justin provided the expertise to help us select the perfect carpet runner for our new multi-level staircase. Neil and Joseph completed a meticulous installation. This is the fourth time we have worked with Justin and we absolutely recommend him. We will be back!
