Your customer service representative Ibrahim Yagiz was very professional, friendly and very helpful in choosing just the right window coverings that we needed. The installers Tuan and Ken were friendly, courteous and respectful. They were punctual very efficient in getting the job done quickly and accurately. They took the time to show us how to work our patio door blinds and louvres. All three Man were excellent in the jobs they have with Alexanians. Thank you so much. I definitely highly recommend you all.
Hasan welcomed us when we arrived. He showed us where the rugs sizes were that we were interested in and left us to browse. We ended up purchasing two rugs. Overall we had a very positive experience at this store thanks to Hasan’s excellent customer service.
Alexanian has been a great experience in our flooring needs. Although we had a warranty claim, they took care of everything. The latest crew that removed and reinstalled the new floor was absolutely outstanding. Installer was Luxurious by Shameem Nouri and his guys. I was worried about taking it apart and my baseboards. It looks like they were not even here, except the new floor.
