Staircase rug and engineered hardwood in bedrooms. Moe was very helpful in selecting materials and accurately measuring the required areas. The installation crews did a great job - quick, efficient and very courteous. Overall, a very good experience.
Went to the 1855 Dundas Alexanian store for new carpeting in the bedroom. Salesperson Moe was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Berber carpet I was looking for and his input made the decision easy. Stepan installed the carpet in record time and did an excellent job, he is a very hard worker. Overall the whole process with Alexanian, from ordering, to scheduling and installation, was a very pleasant experience. Would highly recommend Alexanian for your carpet installations.
I bought California Shutters through Alexanian's Mississauga location, Their Rep Analisa came to my home with samples & to measure my windows and provide a quote. The shutters look amazing, & the service was amazing from start to finish with both Alexanian's & the Installation team. I would highly recommend Alexanian's & Analisa to anyone who might also be considering California Shutters.

I had my area rug sent for cleaning, expecting a fresh and revitalized look, but what I got was a rug that still had visible stains and an odd musty smell. When I contacted customer service, they were dismissive and claimed they had done their best. If this is their best, I’d hate to see their worst. For the price I paid, I expected a professional job, not something I could have done better with a rental cleaner. Definitely not worth it
