I had my area rug sent for cleaning, expecting a fresh and revitalized look, but what I got was a rug that still had visible stains and an odd musty smell. When I contacted customer service, they were dismissive and claimed they had done their best. If this is their best, I’d hate to see their worst. For the price I paid, I expected a professional job, not something I could have done better with a rental cleaner. Definitely not worth it
DO NOT SEND YOUR AREA RUGS FOR CLEANING HERE. Despite being "cleaned" twice, my area rug came back with fluffs and hairs still on the surface. I spoke with the cleaning department twice on this and there was zero interest in providing any sort of refund. I am not interested in a re-clean because I hauled the rug to their facility twice and it came back dirty both times.

We ordered new carpet for our basement and the service from purchase to installation was wonderful. The sales rep came to our house right away, the installers were thorough, clean and pleasant. I will order my next flooring from Alexanians
