5 stars for sure. Frank helped me out when I needed flooring in a hurry. I ran out of flooring like an idiot and needed to finish the job before going back from vacation. Everywhere I called I was told I wouldn’t be able to receive the order until 2-3 businesses days even after offering to drive to the distribution centre to pick up the order. We were looking to replace our old dirty carpet with new ones. Big thanks to Frank, who was extremely helpful, showing us the options that best suit what we were looking for. He came to our house to take all the measurements, and new carpet got installed the week after. Love the new carpet!
