Don’t waste your time. The first visit to this store, no one was there. I waited perhaps 5 minutes, amusing myself by looking at the displays, calling out “hello” before leaving. When I exited the building, a person appeared and said he was available. I left, telling him it was too late. I went back today, looking for carpet underpad. I have a large house built in 1979 and need help to replace about 4,000 sq. ft of carpeting and tile. This time there were 3 people in the store and I was offered service… almost. We recently had carpet installed on our stairs and second floor hallway. It was an excellent experience from the day we walked into the Richmond Hill location right up until installation. Frank Mikalian, the store manager, helped us select carpeting and underpad based on our needs and budget. I was a little overwhelmed by the large selection and really needed the guidance. Really great selection of rugs compared to the many other rug stores I visited. I found the perfect one for my space. Plus the online virtual tool was really helpful to conceptualize the options. Roger and his team provided exceptional service. Would recommend!
