We visited Alexanian Richmond Hill 3 weeks ago. This was our first time at this location. We had a lovely experience working with Frank in choosing an area rug for our living room. The store had a large selection of beautiful area rugs and I recommend visiting this showroom!
I visited alexanian flooring in Richmond Hill to buy some luxury vinyl planks for my basement Frank the store manager was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me choosing the right product. Also he helped me with the colour that I was looking for. I strongly visiting this Showroom
Don’t waste your time. The first visit to this store, no one was there. I waited perhaps 5 minutes, amusing myself by looking at the displays, calling out “hello” before leaving. When I exited the building, a person appeared and said he was available. I left, telling him it was too late. I went back today, looking for carpet underpad. I have a large house built in 1979 and need help to replace about 4,000 sq. ft of carpeting and tile. This time there were 3 people in the store and I was offered service… almost.
