Excellent service at the St Catharine's store. The staff were helpful in finding us a high cost and lower cost option to two staircases-one high end runner for the main stairs and one mid level but lovely carpet for the basement staircase. The turnaround time from order to installation was less than 3 weeks on a special order carpet, the binding for the runner is gorgeous and the installation team was efficient, worked quickly and cleanly and were very professional Overall an excellent experience with Alexanians.
