Once again Alexanian did not disappoint! Scott was very easy to deal with and found a close match for our hardwood flooring. The 2 installers (Kyle and Johnny) were very professional and experts at installation. Going to buy new carpet from them very soon!
Great service here. I went in because they are the only distributer for a specific product I wanted - but the team there really helped us out by holding product for quite a while (so we could take advantage of a sale going on) Next time I need flooring of any kind this will be my first stop.

We really enjoyed our shopping experience at Alexanian’s Brantford. Lots of choices and great prices. Our customer service rep, Scott Brignell was friendly, fun and knowledgeable. Such a treasure. I’ll post pictures of the finished floors when they’re done.
Bought an area carpet here and Scott helped with choosing the right one as well as the correct size. Scott was great to deal with, very personable and knowledgeable!
