Great customer service!!
We have recently ordered carpet for our basement to be installed. The products were great and a large selection was available. I have yet to have the work complete but I must say the experience with Scott has been fabulous. He's knowledgeable, professional and just very kind and made the shopping and quote experience pleasant. Thanks so much Scott. Can't wait for the work to begin!
Once again Alexanian did not disappoint! Scott was very easy to deal with and found a close match for our hardwood flooring. The 2 installers (Kyle and Johnny) were very professional and experts at installation. Going to buy new carpet from them very soon!
Great service here. I went in because they are the only distributer for a specific product I wanted - but the team there really helped us out by holding product for quite a while (so we could take advantage of a sale going on) Next time I need flooring of any kind this will be my first stop.
