We've used Alexanian twice, most recently to carpet our third floor, and both times were excellent. Eli, our sales rep, responded quickly and offered honest, helpful suggestions. The installers did clean, careful work and got the job done efficiently. Highly recommend Alexanian, and Eli especially.

Today we were served by Eli Khoury when we dropped in to get help to replace our kitchen floor . He was very friendly, personable and patient with us as we asked many questions. Based on our experience we decided to have Eli drop over to measure the floor area. He arrived right on time and after taking measurements he generated a quotation for our review. We decided to proceed to book the installation. We highly recommend Eli to anyone who is looking at new flooring products at Alexanian on Merivale Rd.
I had a very positive experience from start to finish. Eli was extremely helpful in selecting the right tiles for my kitchen update, and the team went out of their way to help with loading and unloading the tiles, which made the whole process much easier. When I ended up with extra tiles and a reducer, Adel was equally helpful in processing the return.
