We had hardwood floors installed by Alexanian and couldn’t be happier. Wade was great, excellent service, very knowledgeable and mostly patient, and really helped us pick the perfect floors and answered all our questions. Adel, the store manager, made sure everything went smoothly. The floors look beautiful — great team!
Love the flooring and assume installation was done properly. Interaction with installers, salesman and manager horrific. My husband gave them permission to leave tools overnight. This is how they left them. Only upstairs toilet and water supply due to renovations. Nobody saw an issue with this. Salesman asked me “what is your problem”. Never got an apology until I reached out to someone in Hamilton. Other places sell similar products…..if you value customer service, do not shop here!!
