Overall an excellent experience. Sales support from Roland at the Industrial Avenue location was very good. The carpet was ordered and received in short order, no endless waiting or delays for the product to arrive. The carpet installation was quick, professional and the two installers (Aboudi and Hassan) were extremely pleasant and efficient. Good selection and knowledgeable staff
If I could give 6 stars I would. John was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is knowledgeable, professional and very personable. Also, worth mentioning is Adel. We had our initial consultation at home first for flooring, then later for window coverings. For the flooring, we later went to the store to make our selections which John had already narrowed down for us which helped facilitate easy decision making.
