I selected Alexanian to clean two 9x12 precious hand woven Chinese wool rugs that cost me well over $5k each and would probably be worth over $10k and maybe impossible to find. I selected them because their office told me it would be done in 2-3 weeks, and that their driver would assist getting them in and out. Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience. When we visited the store, there was a man working there who was extremely unfriendly and did not welcome us at all. It felt like he didn’t want to be there and had no interest in helping. This is not how customers should be treated. With service like this, I definitely won’t be coming back
Please never buy your flooring from Alexanian. I have been dealing with their awful customer service for a week (no call backs from the store, any manager, the online order team or head office) regarding an issue with flooring. We bought Beaulieu “luxury vinyl” in 2022 and originally loved the flooring. Fantastic experience with Alexanian who redid our staircase in hardwood. Both technicians are true professionals who are meticulous and precise. We had a small snafu that was handled very fast to our complete satisfaction. So Alexanian is highly recommended.
I rarely ever leave Google reviews but when I experience optimal service like I did with Roland at the Industrial Ave. location, I have to share so others can experience the same.
