Please never buy your flooring from Alexanian. I have been dealing with their awful customer service for a week (no call backs from the store, any manager, the online order team or head office) regarding an issue with flooring. We bought Beaulieu “luxury vinyl” in 2022 and originally loved the flooring. Fantastic experience with Alexanian who redid our staircase in hardwood. Both technicians are true professionals who are meticulous and precise. We had a small snafu that was handled very fast to our complete satisfaction. So Alexanian is highly recommended.
I rarely ever leave Google reviews but when I experience optimal service like I did with Roland at the Industrial Ave. location, I have to share so others can experience the same. From the initial visit to the installation, Roland is the man you want in your corner. Thanks for everything Roland! I'll see you at Alexanian again for future projects.
Never again. Gave our business to this store for an entire home of flooring. We went in with a certain product picked out and were told by Ali, the salesperon, that the Alexanian version of "luxury" vinyl would be a better choice. Less than one year later the product started to fall apart and continues to disintegrate under our feet. Alexanian has taken zero responsibility for the poor service and offered no realistic solutions. Save your time and money.
