We wanted to share our experience with our new carpet and the installation process. Everyone was very pleasant and professional to deal with. The installers made quick work of the installation and it looks fantastic! Thank you to Tyson and the 2 installers whose names we didn't get unfortunately.
Alexanian has a great selection, but unfortunately, my experience here was disappointing. I visited several other flooring stores in London (Sacwal, London's Flooring Canada, Great Floors), and each one provided a full-sized plank sample of the flooring I was interested in—no questions asked. To be clear, I’m not endorsing those other stores; I’m simply describing how Alexanian compared in this specific situation. We replaced our stair runners and added a hall runner and area rug. Chantal provided excellent service and advice with good pricing. Installation went smoothly. Very satisfied with Chantal and Alexanian.
We had our basement stairs carpeted and carpet tiles over the entire floor of our basement. The sales staff were very helpful and walked us through the entire process to choose a style and colour that we are extremely happy with. Tyson came in, measured and provided great advice and information to settle our minds with our concerns. And, lastly I cannot say enough about the installers.
