We wanted to share our experience with our new carpet and the installation process. Everyone was very pleasant and professional to deal with. The installers made quick work of the installation and it looks fantastic! Thank you to Tyson and the 2 installers whose names we didn't get unfortunately.
Alexanian has a great selection, but unfortunately, my experience here was disappointing. I visited several other flooring stores in London (Sacwal, London's Flooring Canada, Great Floors), and each one provided a full-sized plank sample of the flooring I was interested in—no questions asked. We replaced our stair runners and added a hall runner and area rug. Chantal provided excellent service and advice with good pricing. Installation went smoothly. Very satisfied with Chantal and Alexanian.
