Very nice good experience first 👌 impressions last almost awhile..
Terrible noise from constant construction and fire station just up the street. No central air broken appliances Maintenance takes forever to get anything done. I had a broken door lock for 4 months a broken dishwasher for 6 months, a fridge that jammed my kitchen light for 4 months. Bathroom toilet was broken for 1 month. Heat intermittently goes out and I had to buy a space heater. Cramped apartments water damage throughout the building Basically a death trap. ZERO STARS - after giving Property Manager checks,$25 nonrefundable app fee, $250 holding deposit, I was unable to get in contact with said Property Manager via email or phone over course of a month and multiple attempts. I would literally drive and wait outside building til someone came out, because there is no real entrance for the public. BEST PART: I was given a move-in date but told over a month, "issues with apartment" "water problems" "no refridgerator" The day before move in I call to sqaure things away and @ 430pm I... read more
I applied and heard I was approved but that’s it. It been 2 months and I’ve been calling trying to check on my application but gets no answer. When I finally got answer, a lady said she look into it and call me. That was a week ago today.
This is a terrible building they don't fix nothing management is never in the office the front door is broken its just terrible
