I purchased a Jetta Sportwagen here in 2010. Prices were very good. I traveled to DC in AMTRAK to get the car, after communicating by phone and email. They sent a driver to pick me up at the train station and I drove home in a new car.
Every time I visit Alexandria VW I am greeted like family. Always a warm welcome and everybody's eager to help. I have never had a disappointing visit. I have visited all the Departments and everybody is very helpful and friendly keep up the good work guys.
Very unprofessional. They show you a price online then when you call or go there they come up with all kinds of excuses to tell you the price is different because you don't live in the area they target.
Tyrone is the man... He listens and gives great customer service.
I have a warranty on my tires and since they don't have my tires in stock, I can't get any service. I asked if they can put another tire that is of equal or lesser value and they said NO. I now have to drive on a doughnut or purchase a new tire. What is the purpose of a warranty if I have to wait 5 days to get service?
The sales staff was all very friendly. Katherine answer all my questions and got me into the right vehicle for my needs!
I recently moved to the DC area and needed to get my GTI in for service. After I dropped my vehicle off the dealership insisted nothing was wrong with my car. I needed my car and it was there for one week. I wouldn't take time to drop my car off and be carless if nothing was wrong with my car. When I picked it up two of the issues that I dropped it off for were present. It was like they never even looked at the car.
I like my 2015 Golf, but Alexandria VW (service manager Alfred) refused to replace a broken iPhone connecting cord under warranty. Guess I will look elsewhere for my next car purchase. They just lost a customer.
