I had a wonderful experience. The team was very helpful and provided many options, as well as opportunities on saving money and maximizing my resources.
We had a great experience working with Brett (sales associate), Larry (sales manager), and Ene (finance) in purchasing our first VW Golf. We felt that Brett was eager to work with us and our budget. The low tire pressure light came on the day after we took the Golf home, and the service department was helpful in fixing this minor glitch the next day.
Unprofessional, discourteous, poor communication, and no follow through. Instead of being genuinely and sincerely sorry for a ball dropped on their end, they make excuses as opposed to offering solutions.
The staff in service shop were very helpful and professional. Special shoutout to Keith, Mike and Mike for resolving my issue!
Excellent experience! Arjay Lancaster and the team took great care of me and I am very happy with my new Jetta!
