Worst experience ever. AVOID. Before the patient appointment, they sent over the an email asking me to upload their insurance. The patient portal took a long time, over 15 minutes to complete. I updated my insurance. After my annual checkup, I received a bill for over $600 from Nova Patient Care, and another bill with $200 from LabCorp. It turns out that Nova Patient CARE never bothered to update my insurance info in their system,and submitted my insurance to wrong insurance causing the claim to be denied.
