Go somewhere else if you have the option. They truly are not worth the time, especially if it is just for a physical. This is one of the worst medical offices I have ever seen. Spend an hour talking to someone on the phone for pre-appointment checklists just to answer the same questions the next day in the office. Phone staff barely speaks English and miscommunicate what the purpose of the appointments are to both patients and staff. I called to inquire about a rabies vaccination, following exposure to a rabid bat. The health dept directed me to get a vaccine. The Individual on the triage line, absolutely lacked an understanding of how triage works and no matter how many times I asked, all he could say was “We can write you a prescription for a rabies vaccine and you go to the pharmacy.” Ok. I was a walk-in. There were no appointments available, because it was towards the end of the day....the kind receptionist at the front desk made the effort to call another location to secure me an appointment....when we were waiting for the second location to call back and confirm, someone cancelled and they were able to fit me in at my current location. The ladies at the reception desk were both kind and accommodating. They helped to put my mind at ease about a minor injury, and I am so grateful.
