Ample handicapped parking, when you walk up they are ALWAYS playing patriotic music, doors can be opened automatically or if you prefer to just push but most of the time the security guard scrambles to do it for you and pushes the automatic button for you. The lab has gone downhill! Super slow and not very pleasant people. They act terrified of service dogs and make a scene. The clinic itself has gotten better. UPDATE:::: Once again for the 4th time the lady in the lab came to the door called my name and saw my service dog and screamed oh hell no and told me to sit down in the lobby. Everyone in the lobby saw this and could hear her behind closed door fussing and saying someone else could deal with me!!! Like seriously get it together!!! Clean facility, friendly and courteous staff, super fast appointments! I'm new at this clinic and I appreciate the staff. Did I mention my awesome doctor? Dr Dana Miller is the absolute best doctor hands down! I have NEVER had a doctor to patiently explain every detail of my test results, she answered all of my questions and I just felt really GOOD after my appointment.
