Stay away from this carrier, they are hard to get ahold of and they refuse to pay what is owed to me. Save yourself the headache and use someone else.
Montway auto transport contracted Alexandria to transport my new car from a dealer in Virginia to Florida. The car was supposed to be picked up on the 15th of March. Then the date was changed to the 17th. They didn't show up. The dealer contacted the dispatcher and supposedly there was a problem with the truck. They said they would pick it up today, 3/18. Now this morning the said they can't pick it up until the 22nd or 23rd. Between myself, the dealer, and Montway, we got three different stories on the problem. DO NOT TRUST... read more
