I was waiting for my mother to have blood drawn in their waiting area when I witnessed this situation. A customer came in with a paper that she forgot to have completed and signed during her earlier appointment by her doctor. The customer had a friend bring her there and the friend was waiting out in the car. The customer assumed it would be a quick task to complete by the doctor, (so her friend was outside waiting). Front desk and "manager" could care less if you wait on hold 30 min to make an appointment. Was not impressed with owners concern. Considering harassment complaint. Lots of providers taking new patients.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. I first set an appointment and confirmed ahead of time with the office that it would be regarding receiving support for an ADA accommodation to document limitations until a specialist could be seen. The office set the appointment and said they could support reviewing my medical limitations. Come time for the appointment and the Elizabeth Lawhon not only completed dismissed my physical and debilitating issues she scoffed that endometriosis and adhesions could grow back following a hys... read more
