If I could give less than 1 star I would. I first set an appointment and confirmed ahead of time with the office that it would be regarding receiving support for an ADA accommodation to document limitations until a specialist could be seen. The office set the appointment and said they could support reviewing my medical limitations. Outstanding outstanding doctor dr.Corella, his professionalism was a caliber of service rarely seen, very welcoming and knowledgeable. The best. Thank you.
During my first visit, I got my bloodwork done and came back to the receptionist to see if I could leave and to schedule a follow-up appointment. She said they would contact me later about reviewing my bloodwork results and that I could leave. I leave the office and 30 minutes later I get a call from them. In short, whoever I talked to was very rude about me leaving without getting a physical done. No one mentioned a physical was needed during my visit. Office staff is not helpful and at times can be down right rude. I've been trying to get lab results for over a month and 3 times I've been told they will send to me. In addition I can't register for their portal as it doesn't recognize me. Time to find a new provider.
