During my first visit, I got my bloodwork done and came back to the receptionist to see if I could leave and to schedule a follow-up appointment. She said they would contact me later about reviewing my bloodwork results and that I could leave. I leave the office and 30 minutes later I get a call from them. In short, whoever I talked to was very rude about me leaving without getting a physical done. No one mentioned a physical was needed during my visit. Office staff is not helpful and at times can be down right rude. I've been trying to get lab results for over a month and 3 times I've been told they will send to me. In addition I can't register for their portal as it doesn't recognize me. Time to find a new provider.
I've been a patient a Alexandria Primary Care Associates for several years now and I've NEVER been happier with the care I've received from the front desk, to the nursing staff, management, and physicians! Ebony, front desk receptionistist, is always pleasant, professional, and accomodating when I need to schedule an appointment. Wait times, if any, are minimal.
