The staff here is super friendly! They don’t take reservations, but the wait is usually pretty quick. Honestly, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for my nails in this area.
I’ve never been treated so rudely by someone offering a service. I came in for a gel manicure and the woman applied the polish so sloppy that it was filling up the cracks of my nail bed. I politely and calmly asked her to fix it before curing to its hard state, and her response was “oh you know better than me??!” She then proceeded with the manicure and at the end I asked if she was able to clean up the edges and she refused and said “you’re done, you’re done, you’re done.” It was so rude and unprovoked. Terrible place to go do not recommend they are so slow did my nails so sloppy will not go back
The lady who does nails is very rude and unprofessional. I wanted my nails and toes done today. I was having trouble matching the nail color I found on my phone to the one in the shop. I asked for help and she was completely rude with me & saying unnecessary rude comments to other customers that was in the shop. There is never any other workers & the wait time is horrible. 10/10 I would not recommend.
