After taking my car to my usual mechanic three times without it being resolved, I’m so relieved to have finally found someone who could diagnose and sort it out quickly and professionally (no more screechy! ) You’ve definitely gained a new regular customer. Reputable mechanic, repairs are always completed to a high quality and they provide at a reasonable price.
I had a great experience at this garage. From the moment I arrived unannounced, the receptionist was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. She went out of her way to help me out, taking time off her busy schedule to assist me with the mechanic. They both got to work trying to figure it out and solved the problem in no time. Staff are very friendly and helpful
I feel bad about writing this as these guys were previously helpful for a rego check but I had to get a part replaced and they were happy for me to drop it off at theirs over the weekend. They gave it to a mechanic who was a “friend, neighbour and BMW specialist” who managed to fix it but driving it home there has been a leak within a couple of hundred KMs which was not there before.
