Maybe focusing on what's wrong instead of accusing patients of lying and/or lying to patients about what's wrong. Ended up having surgery for something that could have been avoided if doctors had actually cared.
Great Doctor. Dr. Herndon is a kind, caring, compassionate physician. The staff is very friendly and highly professional.
I have been going to Alexandria Clinic since moving to the area in 1996. The staff is always very friendly and the wait time for appointments is relatively short. The Nurse Practitioner I see always makes time to visit with me; hear my concerns. I know she cares about my well-being, physical and otherwise.
Friendly and welcoming staff to greet patients when they arrive makes this a great place to get well!

I love my doctor but I hate how when my alex clinic bill and hospital bill get combined and the payments I was making were not enough. So they deny me from being seen. Even my children. I was told that if I didn’t qualify for MA ( which I don’t) I couldn’t be seen till my bill was paid off. I was told that if I needed care I could go to the ER. Wow!
