I’ve found it pretty rare to leave a car dealership feeling great, but Alexandria Mazda, especially Nathan, bucked that trend! They were fantastic, making us feel comfortable and cared for the whole time. We love our new car and highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the market.
I had a wonderful shopping experience at Alexandria Mazda and this was because of Sofia, she took her time to explain everything in detail. It made my shopping experience wonderful, kudos to you Sofi, the only challenge was the management trying to fix a pick up time for me which was not flexible to my plan. Overally 4/5
The three male staff members at the service counter were extremely RUDE, in stark contrast to the sales team, who were all polite and professional. Unfortunately, the post-sales experience was disappointing. I sincerely hope the Mazda Alexandria management will address this issue promptly.
Nathan was amazing, so helpful and friendly. We purchased from Newcastle, it was worth the drive to Sydney for great service.
