From the minute we walked into the dealership, we were treated with kindness and respect from all of the employees there. Our salesman, Mendez, was patient, and well-informed about all the features of each vehicle. He made us feel at ease during the test drives and allowed us to drive multiple vehicles with no pressure to make a decision. The decision made itself. Update to the update: Paid over 700$ for a new sensor, told it would fix the issue(second new MAF sensor in 2 months) light came back on half hour later, issue returned. upon checking out suddenly my car needs all four brakes replaced when brakes and rotors are all less than two months old? Fishy. I regret coming here, shouldve trusted my gut when their site didnt even work right. Update: Thank you to the managers that got in touch with me and helped me sort out the issues. I appreciate it and look forward to my appointment. tried making an appointment online, nobody got back to me, contacted their customer service and was told they would check with service and get back to me. Nobody ever got back to me, tried to schedule an appointment for a week later since they never actually scheduled me the first time, told me they would text me when they heard back from service. nothing again.
Sam is highly recommended! He took care of our 19 mazda cx5 and made sure we had a rental ready! Great mechanic! 5 stars for him and mazdas customer service!
We brought our 2019 mazda cx 5 here for a knocking noises they couldn't "reproduce" even though I sent multiple videos of the vehicle knocking. One of their employees cleaned our infotainment screen with some chemicals and ruined it! I will never recommend this dealership to anyone! I have pictures and videos for proof!
