Do NOT recommend. I purchased the Groupon without looking at Google reviews first. After my experience and reading the reviews, it's very clear there is a pattern of behavior of late arrivals and missed appointments. Context: I scheduled my 30 minute appointment through the website. ON the day of my appointment, I arrived 15 minutes early. Alexandria is a very talented and knowledgeable massage therapist and a wonderful, empathic and thoughtful person. She knows exactly what the right spots are and how much pressure to apply -she will amaze you with her massage skills. Also, her smartness and wittiness are humbling. Her place is nice, warm and cozy, clean- very relaxing. I warmly recommend Alexandria for all your ailments.
Should have listened to the other reviews. The “running late and eventual no show” seems to be a pattern with people who purchase on Groupon/classpass. I wonder if all the others were all able to get refunds through the merchants at the very least. I was only able to get Groupon credit (merchants normally still receive a portion of the original payment, so this is a clever scam).
Great service. Highly recommended.
