Alexandria is a very talented and knowledgeable massage therapist and a wonderful, empathic and thoughtful person. She knows exactly what the right spots are and how much pressure to apply -she will amaze you with her massage skills. Also, her smartness and wittiness are humbling. Her place is nice, warm and cozy, clean- very relaxing. I warmly recommend Alexandria for all your ailments.
Should have listened to the other reviews. The “running late and eventual no show” seems to be a pattern with people who purchase on Groupon/classpass. I wonder if all the others were all able to get refunds through the merchants at the very least. I was only able to get Groupon credit (merchants normally still receive a portion of the original payment, so this is a clever scam).

Before my appointment Kiema was running late and asked to move the time back, I then opted for a different date. On the day and time of the appointment (2:00), no one was at the office and no message. I called and texted and she called back explaining that she would be 20+ minutes late. I told her I would run errands and be back at 2:45 to give time to get there and prep the room. At 2:45 she again was not there and was now not returning any texts or calls.
