Excellent experience! Andrew and Steve were amazing to work with. They were patient, honest, and helped me get a great price on my car. The entire process was smooth and comfortable. ***I am editing my initial review due to the great response I received from both Terry and Sam. They both reached out and went above and beyond to make me feel like I was heard and apologized for my experience. They made me feel like they really appreciate their customers, and for that I am extremely grateful.*** On 10/21/2025, I turned on my car, and all the dashboard lights came on. Bought my first car here. Super easy process. I worked with Charles Smoke. He let me take it on a long test drive, even on highways and generally around the area. He left me alone with the car without asking to look it over and decide if I like it. No attempts to upsell or bamboozle. The financing people were also delightful to work with. Started test drive at 11 or so and drove off with car at 3.30 and this included a break for lunch and to the bank. Would buy here again!

Picked up my new car at Hyundai of Alexandria last week and honestly, Eduardo made the whole experience feel easy.
