Scammers. They make your bill higher then it really is to fraudulently get money from Oakland county and they pocket it.
Business response:
This person did not purchase any services from our company, and we never did any work for them. They were approved for a ***** ******* that covered 20% of their project amount. During the consultation, they were asking us to commit fraud by asking us to increase their contract amount so they could qualify for a larger ***** incentive. We were not willing to do this for them. They began bashing us online ever since we revealed their intentions.
I was referred to Alexandra **** and Windows by my neighbors in ************************. They have worked in several homes in my sub division and have done a wonderful job. All the people that I interacted right from the sales person to installation to support after installation were very helpful and courteous and very well knew what they were doing, very knowledgeable staff.
