After calling about 5 places, getting hung up on, receiving low ball prices, and dealing with rude people, I went here because they weren't pushy and offered me a straight forward quote on my gold jewelry. AND GET THIS: They guy even gave me back one of my rings with diamond chips in it ( I thought they were fakes) and told me to get them taken out because he doesn't buy diamonds and they were worth something. I don't know if you people have gone to gold buying places, but this is very uncommon and I'm glad there... read more
Very Good! If you have gold or gold scrap to sell you must spend time shopping it around. Most places are not happy with giving out their prices per ounce but you really have to ask and if they don't give it to you, just walk away. This place was very upfront on the phone and the price was the same when I came in. Very business like, and didn't take much time at all. Just Call around and make sure you are getting the most, call here because for my instance it made me another $172 to be exact.
He went through, step by step, the price of all of my items and never got pushy or mad. I ask a lot of questions, especially when dealing with this much money, and he didn't care at all. Overall a very pleasant experience, I would definitely go back.
