I will not recommend him. I made $100.00 deposit for Performaxx Footmaxx Pad in June 2023 got the pad almost at the end of June. Called them several times asking for my deposit and the answer I get was the Medicare Insurance are too slow or tgey never received anything from them. Finally I called them back at the End of November 2023 and Karren does not want to talk to me and someone told me that Medicare doesn't covered the Pad. Not satisfied how they treat their patient.
I had a great experience when I went in for a (now painful) callous that formed after I removed a splinter from my heel a while ago. Dr. Lee is knowledgeable, patient and methodical. I also liked that he took into account what approach I wanted to take with the treatment plan. I would highly recommend Dr. Lee if you are looking for a podiatrist! Receptionist was great too. She even laughed when I told her I'd been callous about my callous. I'm having to update my review because the practice has TERRIBLE errors in billing. Af... read more
