Horrible!!! Their lack of urgency when it comes to mental health is horrible! I wouldn't recommend this agency to no one.
I really enjoy the services provided at Life Enrichment Counseling Center. The staff is kind and they really care about the service they provide to their clients.
I attempted multiple times to schedule appointments with this office. First, you must call to request an appointment, and the procedure is that the receptionist is supposed to call you back to confirm the appointment. It is annoying that I was unable to schedule an appointment with one call and had to wait for a call back. Twice I attempted to schedule appointments, and both times never received any call back.
