If I could give zero stars I would because she didn’t even make the appointment after she had me confirm and pay beforehand. Psychiatric issues usually have a huge sense of urgency. And apparently her practice does not see it that way. They knew she was out but still accepted my appointment confirmation and payment. Our appointment was at 2:30 and I was waiting on video call for over 10 minutes before someone from her office called me saying she was out.
