Normally I don't bother to write these but im mad. Once again through no fault of my own im left completely out of my medication because someone, I have no clue whom, decided they couldn't be bothered to make a phone call. I have been a patient of Dr. Dittberner for over 20 years. During that tiime, I have seen other doctors as well for various reasons. I have always been treated with respect and courtesy by all staff members. It is a great clinic that provides great service!

My last medical diagnose I was told good luck. Not ever sure I actually saw a real licensed doctor. Glad I got charged a bill for that. Horrible
I have been going to Alexandria Clinic since moving to the area in 1996. The staff is always very friendly and the wait time for appointments is relatively short. The Nurse Practitioner I see always makes time to visit with me; hear my concerns. I know she cares about my well-being, physical and otherwise.
