My Citroen has an 'Urgent Safety Recall'. On speaking to my local dealer (Alexandria), they will not fix this recall issue and instead I need to drive some distance to another dealer who is willing to do so. I have complained to both them and Citroen's Head Office in an attempt to find a better solution but have had no response. Pretty poor customer service.
I am delighted with my C3 Citroen Shine I just picked up from Trivett Alexandria. Dealing with George was a pleasure. He made the process easy, gave be good advice and was thorough in his explanation and run-through when I picked the car up. Most importantly, he kept his word on all his commitments, a quality that unfortunately can’t be taken for granted today. Being a Citroën devotee for the last couple of years , I just need to send a shout out to the service department at the Alexandria showroom. Unannounced , I drove by to have a minor adjustment made to my vehicle . Andrew who I dealt with personally was extremely accomodating and solved my problem without any reservations at all . I know it's a very chaotic time prior to Christmas ....but thank you for making the time . It's greatly appreciated.
