My Citroen has an 'Urgent Safety Recall'. On speaking to my local dealer (Alexandria), they will not fix this recall issue and instead I need to drive some distance to another dealer who is willing to do so. I have complained to both them and Citroen's Head Office in an attempt to find a better solution but have had no response. Pretty poor customer service.

I am delighted with my C3 Citroen Shine I just picked up from Trivett Alexandria. Dealing with George was a pleasure. He made the process easy, gave be good advice and was thorough in his explanation and run-through when I picked the car up.
