Worst dentistry esp the staff. My son has been visiting Landmark office for the last three years. The manager at Landmark office dismissed my child because I asked them explain why we need to pay the copays to schedule an appointment (they are asking patients to pay copay before getting any treatment, just to schedule an appointment). This was not there before. Never saw such process in any of the medical offices visited. The manager first said she's busy. RecommendedDr. Angela Austin was PHENOMENAL! My child has always had fear of visiting the dentist. Her previous experiences always resulted to tears and anxiety. After hearing about how wonderful Dr. Austin was, we decided to give her a try. My child walked out of the dentist office SMILING after getting 5 teeth pulled! Dr. Austin took CARE of my child. I scheduled my children’s appointments 6 months out for Saturday’s and now the office has notified me that they are closed every Saturday for the rest of the year. On top of that, they are closed on Fridays. So my plan to switch to this office for the convenient schedules for working moms completely failed. Now I am limited to days and hours that don’t work well with my schedule, my kids nap schedules or the elementary school schedule.
This office atmosphere is amazing and the people are as well! My son actually likes going to the dentist because they make the children so comfortable.
She is very kind! And Has a soothing British accent!
This office is by far the best! I wish I had a dentist like this growing up. My son loved every bit of his visit. From the amazing dentist, Dr. Austin, to the friendly staff members. I would give 10 stars if I could. Definitely recommend this office!
I took my son to his first appointment at the Del Ray office because we had heard good things from neighbors. We had our first appointment in March 2018. I didn't have time to finish the paperwork before we were called back for our cleaning, and was told it would be filled in later. Our two year old had his tongue tie removed by Dr. Angela this week and she did an amazing job! They were very informative with what to expect from the procedure and answered all of our questions. They have a kids theater and ipads to entertain your kids while they wait to get called back, and every single staff member from reception to check out is super nice and you can tell they all love kids! Extremely satisfied with every visit we've made to the Del Ray office and will definitely continue to bring our kids here!!
