UPDATE ON OUR BELOW REVIEW: Dom, the operations manager, came forward and really helped as best as he could to make our experience more pleasurable. Thanks to Dave, the Assistant Sales Manager, who guided us expertly through the sales process. We thought we had done our homework before visiting the dealership, and had chosen a make/model of travel trailer which would be the best for our requirements. Dave offered us a few different options which we had never considered. We ended up purchasing a completely different make and model which better suited our needs, at a lower price than our original plan. Win/win ! Thanks Dave !
