Ash is a great bloke, does a great job, and very easy to deal with.
Charged my son $2340 to replace a sump pan, which needed replacing because they ruined the thread on the last service they did. 8 hours labour to drop an oil pan and replace it, that's less than an hour job! Part cost $215 from any ford dealership. What a rort. Would steer clear of this lot. I'll be seeing if I can get consumer affairs to follow up on this.
