The office staff is very mean. Nice to your face and stab you in the back when you turn around. I got a $50 fine for picking up my dog's waste. I have pictures, my own waste bags and witnesses. Didn't matter. Now the dog owners have to clean up all dog hair in the hallways of the buildings we live in. Never heard of that. They target dog owners. Rating very poor. Maintenance is very nice.
Worst management team ever! They are out to gouge people for money and nothing is done in good faith! The property manager I had to deal with was awful; very mean individual! I don't recommend doing any business with this place!
I hate that place. When it came to paying back my security deposit they listed all of these so called mistakes that was not true. Everytime you try to contact them you have to leave a message with no response. Looks like we will have to take this to small claims court
Worse management company ever! The office is staff is very rude. Communication is horrible. They are also discriminatory! Don't rent with them.
This management group never returns phone calls. I had bed bugs at one point as well as mold in the apartment. I don't live there any longer, and they still cause me problems. I had a bill outstanding from a supposed cleaning, yet they kept my security deposit. I left the apartment clean and empty and they still charged me over $1000 for cleaning. I currently stay in colonial gardens in Morrisville, PA. Management is by far the worst here!!! They are currently towing residents vehicles without permits which they failed to give notice about. I've lived here over 4 years and never had a parking probablem now they have hired a company to tow vehicles every night. WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE MOVING INTO A COMPLEX MANAGED BY THIS COMPANY! STAY CLEAR!! BED BUGS ROACHES GALORE. IFI COULD GIVE IT 0 STARS THATS WHAT I WOULD PUT. STONEWOOD APARTMENT COMPLEX IN PARTICULAR. SIGNED MY LEASE MAY 1, FOUND OUT JUNE 4TH THE COMPLEX HAD MULTIPLE UNITS WITH BEDBUGS! ONE OF THE UNITS COMPLAINED IN MARCH AND MANAGEMENT DID NOTHING!
