Based on the predatory and invasive mailer I received from Alexandra, which was trying to capitalize on and pressure neighbors to sell their houses in the wake of possible development in the neighborhood, Alexandra has shown very poor judgement and business sense. I do not trust her to make good decisions on my behalf. In a town with myriad realtors, there are nearly endless better options. She is the last person I would ever hire as my realtor.
Alexandra was enthusiastic, hardworking and totally communicative throughout a very long process that included remodeling before going to market.
